I love how you guys talked a little about fear and anxiety. As a person who suffers from general anxiety disorder, it is impossible to convince myself that everything is okay once I have this unwanted thought in my head. Imaginative/spiritual fear is by far the worse because sometimes, it can be triggered by an event. In my case, I lost my grandmother to lung cancer and it had a huge impact on me to the point I was suffering from anxiety attacks for literally 3 months.

I think you gals should be an episode on female anatomy because there are so many women who don't understand their own bodies!!! I had to explain to a friend where her urethra was and that pee did not come out of her vagina!

Thank you. I thought it was just me. I’m 42 and fear every day about my parents dying (Mum is 72, Dad is 74). Hearing you as made that fear more manageable. I also have a phobia of mirrors so thanks for talking about that child - that’s terrifying!!!!! Love from UK.

I'm sitting here listening to this podcast just nodding in agreement with you both. The adult fear of not being accepted or of being blamed and in turn having your whole world taken away is totally real.

He found comfort in that because it was a controlled narrative... he talks about it this past week where he is watching the horror marathon and eating pizza in his room. It’s distracting him from how bad he feels about what Michael has done through him...

I love the idea of amassing references for life. I have this visual of a giant card catalog of memories and experiences that can be thumbed through, checked out and reviewed at whim.

I never thought of fear in such ways. As a building tool to get over fear. I need to remember this.
