My life experience on these issues is that I agree wholeheartedly with Director Miner. However what if you've worked hard on yourself and achieved a heightened sense of awareness and empathetic point of view and a commitment 2 b continually putting forth an effort towards the common good! I pose this question to you what about the peripheral outliers who are woke and where on the challenges we face in the whirlpool of cultural changes dating back to the late1950s! What those people in the periphery who desperately want to be included in fear that they are being heard AR shied away from because they are unconsciously judged as being oh I don't know not saying enough to be included or invited to the party!

Asking questions real truth questions always becomes troublesome.. I want to ask the questions because I just don't know.. but I always feel like I am an ass for asking the awkward question.... But with gendering I find only and forever that it's hard to use plurality for a single.. I adore my trans friends and I have had many conversations with them. But I still have a hard time wrapping my head around a plurality for a single per.. and therefore I generally just use there name because I have that hard time..

I absolutely LOVE this podcast. I really feel lucky to work at a hospital that is teaching its employees about how to start these kinds of conversations so that we can be respectful of others' preferences for sexual orientation, gender identity, disability etc. P.S. I really miss Rachael as Meg!!! Wish she would come back
