I want to make this required listening for all my nursing students. I think the problem of "nurses eating their young" that we talk about so often is exactly because of the fact nursing is a predominately women's profession and we've been socialized to believe there's just one piece of pie. That we won't get what we need if we don't hoard what we have. Whereas building each other up makes us all stronger. Can I just say how much I love this podcast? It's the perfect Monday morning pick-me-up.
