I'm old (37 lol) so this is my first podcast experience. I fell in love with ya'll on Supernatural, but you ladies continue to inspire me on a personal level daily!! I'm so glad I decided to try something new today. 😍😍😍

My sister got upset with a neighbour when they put their grandfather's new shoes on the table. I asked why and she said it means that person would die (I have no idea why). About a year later, the grandfather did pass away. Of course, my sister said it was because of the shoes. I asked "So him being 98 years old had nothing to do with it?" She lives her life around the negative superstitions and only sees "luck" in other people's experiences. She says to my "You are so lucky! You have your house paid off, etc". I always say "So our working hard, living within our means, and making short term sacrifices for the long term gain had nothing to do with it?"
